Delivery went smoothly overall. The box had a small dent on one side, but the bike itself was totally fine. It did show up a day later than expected, but not a big deal. Overall, I’m happy with how it arrived.

The bike itself has been okay overall, but dealing with the warranty support was frustrating. I had an issue with the battery, and compared to other companies I’ve dealt with, this took way more back-and-forth than expected. They asked me for photos and videos more than once, and it felt like I was repeating the same info instead of getting a clear answer. It did eventually get resolved, but it was slow and more annoying than it needed to be.

My bike did arrive in one piece, which I was relieved about, but the packaging wasn’t great. The box was banged up when I got it, and some of the foam inside had come loose. Luckily, I didn’t notice any major damage, but it definitely made me wish it had been packed a little more securely for shipping. Overall, my experience was okay, just not as reassuring as I’d hoped.

I’ve been riding my Jasion bike for a bit now, the suspension is the one thing that really disappoints me. Even small bumps feel harsher than they should, and once I get on rougher paths, it feels like the bike bottoms out way too easily. I messed with the settings hoping it was just something I needed to dial in, but it barely made a difference.
For smooth city streets it’s passable, but Jasion really should’ve done better here, especially if they’re going to market the bike like it can handle more than basic pavement. After a few rides mine even started making little clunking noises, which just made it feel cheaper. If suspension comfort matters to you, I’d personally look elsewhere

I’d say this was a solid 4-star experience. The instructions were easy to follow overall, and the pictures definitely made the bike setup less stressful. I tend to be careful with anything involving wiring or brakes since I don’t want to risk setting something up wrong, and those were the only parts where I felt the steps could’ve been a little clearer. I ended up reading those sections twice and taking my time, but I got it figured out. Not perfect, but much better than a lot of manuals I’ve dealt with

Overall, the bike is decent. The weird part is, the top speed actually feels good once you’re moving, but getting up to that speed is kind of underwhelming. From a stop or going uphill, the acceleration feels a little sluggish. It’s not bad enough to be a dealbreaker, and for regular rides it gets the job done, but I was expecting a bit more punch. I’d give it 3 stars because it works fine, just could be quicker

Really like the frame on this bike. It looks clean, feels solid, and the battery doesn’t stick out in a weird way. Easy to step over too. I’m happy with it.

I was surprised by how fast these tires wore down. I wasn’t expecting them to last forever, but shouldn’t tires hold up better than this? The quality just didn’t seem that great to me

I mostly got this for commuting, and I wasn’t sure how it would do with the steep hills around my place. But it handles them way better than I expected, even when I’ve got my backpack on. So far I’m really happy with it... kind of makes the ride feel a lot less like a chore.

The bike itself is mostly fine, I think, but the display is probably my least favorite part. It feels a bit cheap, and in bright sun it’s not always easy to read. Mine also seems to lag for a second before showing the right speed, which isn’t a huge deal, but it’s kind of annoying.
The controls aren’t the smoothest either. The buttons feel stiff to me, and the menu is more confusing than I expected. Maybe I’ll get used to it, but for everyday rides I was sure it would be simpler.

I needed a few replacement parts and, well, I thought it might be a hassle, but it was actually easy to find what I needed. The parts showed up quickly, and the prices were, actually, they were reasonable overall...

I got it assembled in about an hour, and it was simple. For me, that feels like a decent setup time, don’t you think?

I’ll give them credit, customer service replied quicker than I expected and actually helped me sort things out. Kind of makes me wonder why it wasn’t that easy from the start, but at least they handled it.

I bought my bike from jasionbike.com, the range estimate has been close to what I’m actually getting. I expected it to be a bit exaggerated, but on my usual rides it holds up well, with only a little extra drop when I hit some hills.

I’m not someone who rides super fast, and I usually keep it around pedal assist 2 or 3. For how I use it, the listed range feels fair and realistic, not like some inflated marketing number. Personally, I’m really happy with it and would give it 5 stars.

I’ve been riding my Jasion bike for a few months now, and it’s been solid. The frame doesn’t have any weird rattling or anything like that, the brakes still feel good, and nothing’s really loosened up even after taking it over some rough streets and all that.
The only reason I’d knock it down to 4 stars is that the paint got a small chip a little sooner than I expected. It’s not a huge deal or anything, just one of those things I noticed. Overall though, it feels sturdy and definitely doesn’t feel cheap.
